Make a Payment
There are six ways you can make a rent payment to us.

If you need help making a payment using our website form, please download the instructions below.
Standing Order
Set up a standing order from your bank account. You can do this online from your bank account, or you can download a Standing Order Mandate below.
Online Banking (bank transfer)
To make a payment using your online banking, please use the details below, as required:

Please ensure you quote your Rent Account Reference as the payment reference on any transaction you make. This will ensure your payment is added to your account as quickly as possible.
Your Rent Account Reference is printed in the bottom left corner of your Rent Payment Card and is either:
- A seven-character reference (i.e. ABC123A) or
- An eleven-character reference (starting with RE00000000…)

PayPoint
You can pay using your rent payment card at any PayPoint outlet or Post Office.
