Tenants’ Annual Report 2024-25

EPIC Housing’s Tenants’ Annual Report 2024-25 is now available to view.

A message from CEO, Tracey Johnson:

“It’s been another busy and inspiring year at EPIC, and we invite you to take a moment to explore the highlights. Inside our Tenants’ Annual Report, you’ll find uplifting stories from our work in the community, as well as updates on how we’ve cared for your home, and continued to improve our services.

Whilst not something included in the 2024-25 highlights, I cannot miss the opportunity to share with you all how delighted I am with the results of our Inspection with the Regulator of Social Housing in May 2025.  The inspection involved assessing EPIC against the new Consumer Standards, and achieving the top grading is a testament to everything we do at EPIC. However, we recognise there is still more to do.

Your feedback is vital in shaping what we do next, so if there’s anything you’d like to see in future reports or ways we can do better, we’d love to hear from you.”
