Tenant Satisfaction Survey 2025

EPIC have commissioned Acuity, a market research company who specialise in the social housing sector, to carry out a Tenant Satisfaction Survey with their tenants.

Ensuring that our services meet the needs of everyone

At EPIC we aim to ensure that our services meet the needs of all current and future tenants and one area that helps us to deliver on this is understanding the diversity of our tenants and other members of the household.

Stop Social Housing Stigma Campaign

In June this year, we launched ‘EPIC Connection’, a programme of staff development which is about positive communication and behaviours that is more than just a transaction between each other, tenants and stakeholders.

Housing Repair Scams

We have been notified about housing repair scams, also known as “claim farming.”

In these scams, individuals or companies pressure tenants into making legal disrepair claims against their landlords, often using misleading promises, hidden fees, and aggressive tactics like cold calling, leaflets, or social media ads.

Allocations Policy Consultation – NOW CLOSED

EPIC currently allocates homes based on who has been on our waiting list for the longest time, without considering individual circumstances and the urgency of finding a home. This means that some applicants with a more urgent and pressing need of a home are waiting whilst others who may be adequately housed have been allocated a new home.

Storage of combustible items

One crucial aspect of home safety is ensuring that combustible items are stored properly and away from your living spaces. Combustible materials can create significant fire hazards and understanding how to manage them can prevent fires from occurring.

EPIC becomes an accredited partner of ‘Stop Loan Sharks’

EPIC is delighted to announce that we are now an official accredited partner of the England Illegal Money Lending Team (IMLT) known as ‘Stop Loan Sharks’. The IMLT is a national organisation, dedicated to investigating and prosecuting loan sharks and supporting borrowers.
