If you want to get involved in improving specific services, and don’t have as much time to spare, this is the menu for you.
One-off meetings
This is where we’ll hold a short, one-off meeting for tenants to talk to us about something specific.
You might be helping us to write supporting information to tenants, helping us to build new processes, or sharing your experiences of what went wrong – and right!
Estate Walks
These will be pre-planned and will enable you to join staff on block inspections, seeing what issues we can pick up and pointing out where physical improvements can be made, as well as looking at issues that affect our wider community across the area.
