Surveys & Armchair Engagement
We regularly send out surveys to ask for feedback – sometimes these are to all of our tenants, sometimes targeted at a specific area or to certain types of properties.
Our surveys are usually quite short to make sure that tenants don’t get bored answering loads of questions – but sometimes we need to conduct longer surveys to get a deeper insight into an issue, and that is where armchair engagement comes in. We’ll send you info to read whenever suits you, and you can give us feedback whenever suits you too.
Tenant Portal & Website Feedback
We’re working to introduce a Tenant Portal so that tenants who feel comfortable doing things online can do just that – and we’re also updating our website. We need tenants to tell us what should be on our portal and website, and test that these work right and give the correct information.
Again all of this work will be sent out to you to read and test whenever suits you, and all you’ll need to do is reply back with your feedback.
Technical know-how is not required – in fact, the less technical you are, the better – we want to make things as simple as possible so that even tech novices can do the basics online!
