The documents required are: proof of identity (passport or national ID card, or 2 of the following: driving licence, full birth certificate, recent benefit letter, signed letter from employer), 2 x recent proofs of address (dated within the last 3 months), proof of national insurance number, proof of income for the last 3 months (e.g. payslips, benefit letters), landlord details, tenancy agreements and children’s birth certificates (if applicable). The documents above will be required for every adult on the application.
