On the other hand, if something has gone particularly well, we’d also love to hear about it!
If you wish to make a complaint about a service that you have received from EPIC, please complete our Feedback & Complaints Form by clicking the button below.
Remember to include as much information as possible and tell us what you would like to do to put this right.
We will acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days, and if your complaint requires a response, we will issue that within 10 working days of the acknowledgement.
You can also use this form to send compliments if you have received great service from a member of staff who you think has gone the extra mile to help.
