A typical day at work – Typically my priorities remain the same, so my routine is fairly structured – I know exactly what I need to do.

EPIC is a small Housing Association based in Bentilee. Having 1400 homes, the majority being in Bentilee, it is a HA that is big enough to make a decent impact on local people, while being small enough to deliver a personal touch.
There is a good culture in the business where people work together to do what is best for our tenants.
The executive team are approachable and considerate to the staff. There is a good work life balance where agile working is promoted.
There is a good holiday entitlement (including Christmas shut down) and an option to purchase leave if you wish.
