Our Properties
We own 1,400 homes across North Staffordshire, with properties in Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme and Staffordshire Moorlands. Our properties are charged at either ‘social’ or ‘affordable’ rents. We also have a number of leaseholders, homes in shared ownership plus 20 properties designated for supported living.

Our flats in the Bentilee area were originally built in the 1950s and transferred to us from Stoke-on-Trent City Council in 1998. Since then we have undertaken a major programme of property purchases and refurbishments, including new kitchens, bathrooms, boilers, roofs, windows and rewires to bring properties up to modern living standards. We have since acquired over 450 properties. We also own a number of commercial and office units. Our total property portfolio is valued at around £59.6m.
